I am not sure what you are asking. Broadcast and film use a set up professional scopes to evaluate the color and luminance. Waveform monitors and Vectrascopes. Makes no difference what country ... If there are any specifications needed for delivery the client would send over those number and the editor would adjust.

All monitors and screens are different. The only way to make sure world wide standard of quality is good no matter where you go is those scopes . they never lie.
