Hi John! Not sure if you still need help with this, but just in case: I would add a comma after "caring guardian". I would also change the ending of the sentence slightly:
The complex relationship between Lennie, a very strong yet well-intentioned companion, and George, a considerate and caring guardian, blossoms as Steinbeck provides a lens for readers to explore the migrant worker experience.
