Start by reading each paragraph one-by-one of the passage. After each paragraph, ask yourself, how is the author describing Julius? Does he sound like a good person or bad person? Is he describing Julius in way that makes him look like a good person to you? Would you want to get to know him based on how the author is describing him?
When you come up with your answer, ask yourself why you think the author feels the way he does without looking at the passage. Answer your own question. Then, write it down and find details from the story that support how you think the author feels based on your own answer.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you need more feedback.
