I can't say I know very much about this, but I've always thought a feature story to be more personal than what you have written. While what you have written is written very well, to some extent it reads like an accounting of events, maybe something like a news article in a newspaper. To make it more personal, focus on one thing and talk about it in a more up-close way. For example , perhaps focus on Pergida, its personal history, and introduce members of the movement who share their individual stories of why they are so passionate about this cause.
Like I said, I am not an expert on this but I feel like I know a little about it.
