Are there any rules in regards to the structure of the poem? If you are describing Cheese Puffs and can't use the word cheese what else comes to mind? Organize your thoughts. Make a list of words for each sense (orange for sight, crunch for sound, etc). Then you can begin to follow the instructions in regards to structure. Make it funny, make it serious, most of all put your personality into it. Are you a math nerd or a science geek? Well then get into the ingredients or measurements of a cheese puff. The precise decibel at which a puff crunches, the circumference of it's orange beauty.
