I don't have access to the chart you're talking about, and I don't have a copy of the novel in front of me, but here's how I'd approach answering these questions:
Need for Social Order
Look in the book for examples of where there is a lack of social order and negative consequences of that absence--specifically violence.
Good vs. Evil
Is the wilderness/forest/jungle evil, or are the boys themselves? Or do the boys all have good and evil inside each of them, and it's only a question of which they listen to? How do the boys define good and how do they define evil, and then how do they act according to those definitions?
Fear of the Unknown
The island itself is the unknown. How do the boys interact with the forest? Do they explore it together, or in groups? How do they try to organize the information and things they learn about the forest, and what are the consequences of that organization? How do they try to make the forest into a civilization they can recognize and understand? How does this effort succeed (building shelter) or fail (violence)?
Loss of Innocence
There's a lot here--is "innocence" not understanding your own power? Your own agency? Is it the lack of violence one inflicts on others? Who in the novel is innocent, and how do they lose that innocence?
Loss of Identity
Mob mentality, especially re: murder in the novel. Simon's death especially.
Abuse of Power
Death of Piggy.
