Really, all of these are types of analogies. However, if you're supposed to pick just one, I would suggest B. All the rest use "as _____ as _______" to make their comparisons, whereas B. uses "like."
Sometimes, analogies are arranged like this:
"Up is to down as left is to right"
Answer choice B. can be written in that form more easily than the other choices:
"The man is to his questionnaire as a monkey is to a typewriter"
Trying to do that with the other choices is harder:
"The look is to her husband as a winter wind is to _____"
"The old man is to ______ as old boots are to toughness"
"The words are to ______ as sweetness is to honey"
Each time, some piece is missing. So, I'd suggest you go with answer choice B.
