Currently, I am trying to understand a exam that an intelligent 10th grader is subject to failing because she does not speak American English. However, this student know the literary objectives or the literary terms and concepts in the first section of the worth 25 to 35% of the test if she were given the same test in Spanish. ELA.10.R.1.1), Theme (ELA 10.R.1.2), Perspective and Point of View (ELA 10 10.R.1.3, and Poetry (ELA.R.1.4).

The fact that I am fluent in Spanish, German, English, and was born in Tacoma, Washington in Fort Lewis Army base belies the fact that one's mother tongue contains Noam Chomsky's L.A.D. of culture, Language, and semantics, one's rule-system or language acquisition requires a native's or non-targeted exam.

Despite this student's high intelligence ability, executive processing power, natural gift, she is likely doomed to failing this F.A.S.T. for a required high-school diploma because this instrument is constructed upon the false pre-conceptualizations or false premises that only English proficiency equals knowledge----No!

She is marginalized for her demographics: English is not her target language; she is like an delicate flower, for culture is her animus--she is an alien in North Miami Beach, Florida, according to a Scripto-pen mentality, for her parents are non-Americans; she does not have academic vocabulary, and she lacks a voice and resources.

I am an outlander, living in a mixed culture of identities, in a miasma of shame, guilt, and traumatic memories as a character from a David Lynch screen-script, a bad "Roger Rabbit" or Mad-Hatter of a mad max script that is targeted for eccentricity, wokeness, and nonsensical absurd thought, akin to a serious explosion of melodramatic Angst in reference to rational, cohesive, cogent critical thought at the intersection of marginal public thought, caught between a Sinbad, an ancient mariner of fantasy, folklore, fable, and exit-no-exit pathos, logos, and ethos in a Samuel Beckett's novel or in a Camus's absurd work, and I cannot warn people of the danger of cruelty, greed, and sloth.
