Imagine yourself facing your golden years and looking back at your life. Assuming that you had figuratively followed Bret’s advice to “Ride in a good direction”, please think about what that direction might have looked like for you. Please describe some of the most important things that you hope you will have accomplished. Explain why these are important to you, and the steps that might lead to making them happen.

As an veteran, qualified English college teacher, trained in logical, rational, and scientific discourse, I am committed to teaching critical thinking and rhetorical skills by following the tenets for expert, peer-evidenced resources and applying Logos or logic, Ethos or moral, ethical conduct, and Pathos or emotional appeals. The basic Golden Rule applies to the essence of the argumentation. In short, write short, clear, detailed sentences. Plan for revisions. Have your teacher check for development of your paragraphs and transitions, coherence and sequence. Peer edit; then redo and check for grammar.
