One of my favorite ways to focus is by creating a cozy and quiet study space. I love to tidy up my area and make sure I have everything I need right at hand—like my notes, snacks, and a comfy chair. I also enjoy putting on some soft background music or white noise to help drown out distractions.
Another trick I like is using a timer. I’ll set it for a specific amount of time—maybe 25 minutes of focused work followed by a 5-minute break. It’s amazing how much I can get done when I know I have a set time to focus! Plus, those little breaks are great for stretching or grabbing a quick snack, which keeps me refreshed and ready to dive back in.
