I don't know how to add a word document or pdf document during a session.
I want to pull up a problem without writing it out but can't find a way on the tool.
Please advise

Hello Christine! There are several different ways to display a problem in a virtual lesson. You can either download the document your problem is in then upload the page onto the whiteboard, or you can screen share to allow your tutor to take a look.
