I've researched the topic, and as a tutor, I'm unable to find anything for turning notifications on and off for learners. Try clicking a help button or emailing Wyzant would be my suggestion. If you've already tried that or these don't work, please let me know in my portal. I will then contact Wyzant directly to get help for you.
