I can’t use Wyzant anymore because it requires a zip code for payments and I don’t live in the U.S. I never had this problem in the past but I recently got a notification saying that my account had a negative balance of $38 and my account didn’t have any payment information anymore. Please help, I got a lesson in December 7 that I can’t join anymore.
