Your conclusion seems to bring in new information (about the causes of soil erosion). The purpose of a conclusion is to sum up what's been said in the body of your paper. A good conclusion might be: Because fibrous roots contact a large volume of soil and as a result, remove a lot of the erosive water flowing through that soil, they are good erosion controllers.

In conclusion, Pplants with fibrous roots aid different kinds of soil in controlling soil erosion, which is caused by changes in temperature, weather (amount of precipitation), and human activities as they alter biological and chemical processes and the structure of the soil. Plants can address soil erosion since the root systems hold the soil together and absorb water flowing through the soil. Specifically, plants with fibrous roots such as Thysanolaenamaxima, Bambusa compacta, and Duranta repensimprove soils’ surface and volume permeability.

Hello Music S.,
In order to determine whether or not this is a good conclusion for a concept paper, I would need to see your whole entire paper so that I could compare your conclusion to the rest of your writing and ensure that this particular paragraph reflects the earlier paragraphs comprising your concept paper accordingly.
If you are interested, we could schedule an online tutoring session to go over your paper on the whole and focus primarily on your conclusion.
