You just need to keep practicing. In a few years when you look back at your drawings, you will see great improvement based on how much you've learn.
Practice practice practice! This is most important but also very flexible! You can sketch anywhere and of anything. Just as long as you are doodling or sketching something either that interests you or is what you see, it’s considered practice. I also consider tracing, good practice, it helps you get used to forms and shapes. If I’m trying to figure out or understand a subject like animals or cars, things I don’t usually draw, I practice by sketching or doodling them somewhere. Sometimes, my best work comes from a doodle with a pen. :)
