This shortened form is a perfectly acceptable informal answer to the verbal inquiry, "So, Abdulrahman, how are you feeling this morning? You didn't sound great last night." As others have pointed out, however, it doesn't pass the test for formal writing, such as in Academic English or in a business or legal memo. In those contexts, you would need to be sure your sentences contained a subject and a verb. English conversational forms can be shortened, with the context being very important to the meaning and you could use such forms if you were writing a dialogue in a play or radio script.
