Scientific writing titles should include a lot of detail about the experiment to allow potential readers an understanding of what to expect within the paper. Your type of paper is not exempt, so it should reflect your experiment. For example, if you were studying DNA extraction from the onion you might title your paper simply: "DNA extraction of onion tissue."
