The title of your lab report should briefly say what you did in your experiment - this is not a full sentence. For example, if the purpose was to use a stain to view the cell wall and nucleus in onion cells, you could write something like "Observing Organelles of an Onion Cell Stained with Iodine".
Think about what you would want to pop up in a Google Search if someone were to look up your expertly-written lab report. You want to describe enough for the reader to get the point of the experiment, but in about 10 words or less.
