statistical comparisons of frog jumps using morphometric measurements vs jump length

Is there a useful formula for using length and width measurements from frogs combined with their mass to obtain a single numerical value to use for statistical analysis against jump length? I was wondering if (LxW)2/M or the same square rooted would be anything meaningfull as apposed to (LxW)/M, or indeed anything that would give a usefull value to use. Or am I just trying to combine uncombinable values? I'm just a biology student who doesn't really understand the language of mathematics and statistics, so if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated.
