First, please don't spam into the subject field on your questions. This is chemistry (which you didn't even pick), not everything else under the sun. Perhaps that was inadvertent on your part?
Second, concentration = (amount solute / volume solvent).
Do the division. To get mmol (NOT m/mol! Units notation isn't your personal code, it's standardized. Which keeps you from confusing the force of gravity on a mass (mg) with a mass unit (mg). I hope.) from μmol, multiply by a conversion factor, for example (1 mmol / 1000 μmol) . I would suggest also that you express your result in scientific notation; that way, it is easy to make sure of 3 significant digits, there are always 1 digit to the left of the decimal point and two to the right of the decimal point.
