For this specific question there are two incorrect answers, one plausible answer, and the"best" answer.
A- Plausible. In 1.5 Macbeth returns to the castle. Therefore he is there, but is not greeting Duncan.
B- Incorrect, there is no textual evidence to support this answer.
C- Incorrect, Duncan does complement the castle (so does Banquo) but there is no textual evidence to support the rest of the statement.
D- Best response. In 1.5, Lady Macbeth states several times she plans on murdering Duncan. In 1.6 she seems to be the perfect hostess and a "friend" to the crown.
