Is it correct to say ... ?

We are writing to formally inform you of a huge salary difference between employees in your company.

Some of your employees are barely making more than the minimum wage in Los Angeles. Workers complained that on their present wages they could hardly make ends meet. Some of your emplyees with a bachelor or more make less than Mcdonald’s, Costco, or Walmart employees without degree.

This situation makes your employees low-income families or very low-income families in one of the most expensive cities in the world and in a growing company.

Your employees have the strong knowledge, and skills necessary to grow the company.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
