HELP! Which statistical test can I use!

Question

I have 6 studies, 3 studies on a old drug treatment that increases hormone “A” in patients with a specific disease to help relieve their symptoms, and 3 studies on three different new drugs that also help to increase hormone “A” in patients with the same disease.

I need to calculate how efficient these drugs are in increasing hormone “A” which statistical test do I use?

And then I need to compare if the old drug is “better” at increasing hormone “A” or the three new drugs are
