What's the best time to study if reading for short periods of time is very effective?

Hello,
Although studying is often most effective in spaces with few distractions, including libraries or at a desk, short readings, including articles, summaries, and chapters from a book can be done at places including cafes, in the waiting room, at the park and other places throughout the day.
Personally, I take notes, underline and highlight readings, thus prefer to read and study at libraries and places with few distractions.

I have found that studying while waiting is a great method of studying for short periods. Sitting in waiting rooms (i.e. doctor or dentist) can be time-wasting. I use that time to read textbooks. It is most helpful if I have Ebook on my phone so that I do not have to carry a textbook with me.07/23/21
