How do I measure radial growth of a fungi? Is it like measuring size of inhibition zone?

I'm a student researcher studying about antifungal activity. I measure the efficacy of the antifungal agent by the Percent Inhibition of Radial Growth (PIRG). However, I don't know how to measure the radial growth of the fungi. Is it the same as measuring the inhibition zone? Also, is there any interpretative chart for the radial growth?
