Hello, the second option is the "best" evidence to refute this claim.
Aspirin can be considered natural because it is made from Salicylic acid which comes from a tree.
Option 1, just because something has been using for hundreds of years doesn't mean its naturally occurring.
Option 3, cubic zirconium is "pure" diamond, but it's made in a lab and is therefore not naturally occuring.
Option 4, this is just a wrong answer.
