If one considers the values on Saturday and Sunday to be outliers, then the mean would decrease . This would, perhaps, fit with the question.

However, If we think it quite likely that certain days of the week would have much higher values, in particular, breakfast food for non-downtown restaurants, then these aren't outliers. Unfortunately, that would not fit answers a - d.
