Chest X-Ray Question

An RRT is reviewing the PA chest x-ray of 5'11, 280 lb male, who's present with pallor, tachycardia, and diffuse inspiratory crackles/mild wheezing. A working diagnosis of congestive heart failure (CHF), and possible/impending pulmonary edema. Which of the following x ray findings might also be seen in this patient?


A. Low and flat diaphragms 

B. Increased cardio thoracic ratio 

C. Tracheal deviation 

D. Increased retrosternal airspace on a lateral film


I think the answer is B, but I'm not 100% sure?
