If the height of the triangle is 8 and the slant height is 10, the center of the equilateral triangle at the base is 6 from the side (6-8-10 right triangle)
If the center is 6 from the side, the base edge is of length 6 * 2√3 = 12√3
Then, to get the lateral edge length, we have another right triangle with sides slant height and half the side length is√((6√3)^2+10^2) = √208 = 4√13
