If you do form a Right Triangle then the following should apply

Hypotenuse = Slant Height = 10

Height = 8

Base =?

For a Right Triangle, the base can be found by using the Pythagorean theorem

a² + b² = c²

Where

c = Hypotenuse = 10

a = height = 8

b = base

SQRT(c² - a²) = b
