How do I convert mmol/g to μmol/L?

Hello,

How do I convert mmol/g to μmol/L?

Specifically, 282±374.77 (Mean±SD) mmol/g to μmol/L?

and 65±56.57 (Mean±SD) mmol/g to μmol/L?

Many Thanks

Yes, that is how you calculate the SD from the SEM, but I'm wondering if your SEM is correct. Usually, the SD is like 10% or less of the mean, at least if your measurements are legitimate. I've never seen SEM or SD values greater than the mean.
