You can convert mmol to umol by multiplying by 1000 b/c there are 1000 umoles in 1 mmole.
So, 282 mmol = 282,000 umoles (the SD you provide is crazy as it is actually greater than the mean)
To convert from g to L, you need to know the density of the solution. If we assume it is water, then
density = 1g/ml and there are 1000 ml in 1 L.
Given the above caveats, 282 mmol/g = 282 umol/L because you multiply by 1000 to go from mmol to umol and then divide by 1000 to go from g to L (assuming a density of 1 g/ml).
