Out of the three poems by Robert Browning, which character is the most unredeemable?

Ok, so I read "Porphyria's Lover," "My Last Duchess," and Soliloquy of the Spanish Cloister." After I read these both, I wondered, out of these three poems, who is the most unredeemable, and why?

The protagonist of "My Last Duchess" was a mercilessly ecstatic/psychotic murderer. My vote is for this guy in this poem.
