 A school's students sold masks for $10 and face shields for $15 during the holidays to raise money for the food bank. They sold a total of 73 items and earned $905. Let m represent the number of masks sold and f represents the number of face shields sold. The solution (f,m) is (35, 38). What does this mean in the context of the problem?

f = face shields sold

m = masks sold

f + m = 73

(f,m) = (35,38)

(35 + 38) = 73 total sold

Now solve for the money earned:

(35*15) + (35*10) = $905
