About half of the progeny are of each phenotype
One parent is TS and the other TT with the S allele being dominant
The crosses would be TT (25%) TT (25%) ST (25%) and ST (25%)
So 50% TT (tall phenotype) and 50% ST (short phenotype if S dominant)
