coaching in hotel management

Ms Selome, who was working as junior chef at Hilton Addis, is just transferred to and started a new job at Radisson BLU Hotel in Addis, as a main chef. The senior chef at the Radisson BLU Hotel, Mr Fisseha, has already identified some skill gaps on Ms Selome and would like to recommend a strategy to fill the identified gaps, to the Hotel’s Senior Management.


1.     Should the recommendation from the Senior Chef. Mr Fisseha, be a Coaching session or Mentoring one? And, why? (20 points)
