It really all depends on what Mr. Fedaku decides to do to help Mr. Fitsum. Both relationships are similar, but there are minute differences.
A mentor-mentee relationship aims to offer advice, guidance, and new skills. The coach-coachee relationship is a partnership, one in which both sides work together to reach an agreed-upon destination. Both relationships sounds similar, but mentoring often takes a softer and personal turn whereas coaching is more structured and professional.
