What is the movie scene where a woman asks some military professionals why there are no women fighting and one of the men responds that women are pure and their purity would be lost if they fought?

I feel like this scene was from Wonder Woman, but I just watched it and couldn't find it. The only other movie/show I could think of was RTE's Rebellion on Netflix, but I'm not sure what movie it was from or if it was from a TV show but I really need to find it, and I have no idea how to find it. I'd be willing to pay someone if they could find it (if I could find a secure way to do it), but I just really, really need to find it. It was my mother's favorite scene, but unfortunately I didn't know until it was too late, and now she has died, I really don't know what to do. If anyone could please help me find it, I'd be so extremely grateful. Thank you and God bless. I don't remember the exact lines but I know for a fact it was along the lines of a woman asking a man why there are no women fighting in the war and the man, who I believe was a military officer, said something along the lines that women are pure and their purity must not be wasted, lost, destroyed, spoiled, or something like that and the war would do just that, so that is why only men fight, to protect women and their purity.
