The answer to this three-part question is FALSE. Reasons:
1) The side margins of a MLA paper should measure one whole inch.
2) Pagination includes the number of the page only (inclusion of the author's last name is optional)
3) The parenthetical reference must include the author's name along with the page number, even if the author is the writer of the scholarly source itself.
*Incidentally, I am an author of three going on four published nonfiction books, filled with source citations and pagination, so this is very familiar literary citational territory to me. :)
