I agree with the answer above, but this is a really interesting question, as you usually don't see the macronutrient carbohydrate broken down into starch, chitin, and cellulose. From a biology perspective, I guess you could argue for chitin being one of the primary macronutrients present due to the mushrooms (especially if it is included in your answer choices), but from a nutrition perspective, I would say starch (peas are starchy vegetables, mushroom will also provide some carbohydrates) and lipids (from the cooking oil) are the primary macronutrients in this meal.
