(SAT ll Biology M ) and the topic of evolution

does the SAT ll Biology M require knowledge about evolution ,,

like will it present questions about this topic ?

Apologies in advance as I took the SAT II Biology M some time ago. However, I would recommend knowing the major theories of evolution and ecology even though the test is labeled as "Molecular". While, the test will focus primarily on topics of the Cell, Genetics, and Molecular biology, you would still be expected to know Darwin's theories, and endosymbiotic theory among other subjects.
