Since they give you a list of equations, its always a good idea to figure out which variables you have so you can quickly use the right equation. They are asking for displacement (d) and they gave time (t), acceleration (9.8), and initial velocity at the very peak of the jump can be assumed to be 0 (Vi=0).
Now we can begin using the second equation.
d= 0*t + 0.5*9.8*(0.24^2)
d= 0 + 0.28
d=0.28
