"Parallel structure" is a fancy way to say compound subjects, verbs, objects, phrases, clauses, and so on. When we make lists or describe multiple actions or attribute multiple reasons, the structure (verb, subject, phrase, etc.) must be the same (parallel). So, now you should easily be able to identify then in the last 2 lines of the address the parallel structure of phrases. Go back and look.
