Other than "A Fragment" (precursor to Vampyre, which was itself a precursor to Dracula"), and Frankenstein, (or, the Modern Day Prometheus), Lord Byron's poem "Darkness" was well-received. I recommend the Gabriel Byrne movie "Gothic" for a great visualization of the group and their writing "competition" during the Year Without a Summer.
