-3x^{2}+6x+7 - 6x^{2}-13x+12

Change all of the terms in the second expression to their opposite signs

6x^{2 } becomes -6x^{2}

-13x becomes 13x

12 becomes -12

So the new problem is -3x^{2}+6x+7 + -6x^{2} + 13x -12

Now just combine like terms

-3x^{2} + -6x^{2 } =** -9x**^{2}

6x + 13x = **19x**

7 + -12 =** -5**

So your new answer is **-9x**^{2}** + 19x - 5**
