No. While a supercomputer may have this ability, it is still nowhere close to the amount of information needed to do all the the brain's responsibilities. Here is a few of the things the brain does: language processing, memory storage, logic, maintain all the body's systems at once, sleep cycles, etc. Though this is not an exhaustive list, a supercomputer would have to handle all the information from the senses and engage in these tasks, and much more, all at once. When you think about the billions of cells that make up the human body that the brain controls, a supercomputer even further fails in comparison.
