If you're making Duaa, then you can say it in any language
But if that is in Salah (ritual prayer) then the scholars differ on whether it is allowed in other than Arabic. To make it simple, some scholars say that it is ok to use your own language in making duaa in salah until you're able to say them in Arabic ( within reasonable time of course). That refers to the saying we must say in the prayer itself. And you can make any other duaa afterwards instead of in the prayer
