Is it considered a filming technique to get one-shot frames unnoticeably embedded in movies to subconsciously affect the viewers' mind?

This is actually an urban legend. A single frame of film is probably imperceptible to the human eye. Even if it was, it is unlikely that showing a cool glass of Coca-Cola for one frame would have everyone in the theater running to the snack bar.
