What is the composition of human feces?

Are there any studies or general information on the composition of human feces? I'd specifically like to know the percentage of carbohydrates and amino acids relative to the amount that was ingested in diets of various types and amounts. Any additional facts are also welcome.

Human feces are very sour in taste because it contain creatinine, bilirubin, creatine, trimethylamine oxide, and in a very small quantities as amino acid, purines, and pyrimidines. Metabolism of purines and pyrimidine bases produces significant amount of nitrogenous waste of hypoxanthine, xanthine, uric acid, urea, and ammonia.
