Can I do small changes after the copyright of a novel?

Can I do small changes after the copyright of a novel? My changes includes grammatical error, sentence reformation and fixing logical errors?

If the novel is your own novel and you wish to fix grammatical mistakes then publish it again, I do not know that could not be done. However, if the novel is someone else's work and you were to reprint it after making changes, you would have to acknowledge the original author, note it was edited and when, and possibly get in touch with the original publishers and editors.
