This sounds like the beginning of a thesis to an essay. Consider rewriting it so that it says "Every student should dissect a frog because..." and then list 2-3 reasons why they should. Those reasons will then become the subtopics you will "dissect" in your body paragraphs (sorry, couldn't resist the word pun). Keep in mind that this is a controversial issue and many students do not want to participate in dissecting any animal. Your essay would be stronger if you include a counter argument paragraph where you recognize the opposing view, but provide sufficient evidence to prove why your thesis is still correct.
